Valentines Day Gift

Escante B.Doll Coat Set

Valentines Day is soon and Men… you know you want to buy lingerie for their significant other. But… you men listen up! You need to know how to buy the right size lingerie!

And… if you don’t want to go to the mall to figure it out, all the answers are right here.

<>******************************<>******************************<>*******************************<>

Remember you want to buy something for her that she will wear, and she won’t be offended.

An example, she stated to you she does not care for dominatrix lingerie, then don’t buy her dominatrix lingerie.

Ask your lover what she likes or take notice of what type of lingerie she wears on has in her lingerie drawer. Some women do not care for thongs and thus will not wear them. Others will find see through lingerie or mesh lingerie trashy and will wonder, “What were you thinking?”

  • Take a look inside her closet. Does she wear a tight t-shirt, with tight jeans or a tank top? Then she may like lingerie that is a little tighter, that shows skin.
  • On the other hand if her closet is filled with loose fitting clothing she may want something more modest.
  • If you are uncertain a baby doll, camisole with matching panties, or a slip will be your best bet.
  • Look for items made from silk and satin that flow away from the body with minimal embellishment.
  • A good idea is to talk to her and ask her to look at catalogs or lingerie pictures to help you know what she will like or dislike.
  • One of the biggest mistakes men make, is not knowing her size. If you buy something too small she may feel flattered or she may feel fat!
  • If you purchase an item that is too big, she will feel fat.
  • Look in her lingerie drawer again and write down size information.
  • Choose her favorite color purchasing the item. Look in her closet and see what color she favors. Some women like lingerie with tassels on their breasts, some don’t.
  • Some like ribbon an lace on lingerie. Again look in her lingerie draw for help.
  • Learn what types of lingerie there is, so you know exactly what you are buying.
  • Learn what a garter belt, baby doll and slip are.

Everyone makes mistakes, so keep that receipt just in case she wants to return the item. If she says she likes what you bought her, but doesn’t wear it, she doesn’t like it.

Next time you go lingerie shopping, do more snooping in her lingerie drawer and purchase something different. Most of all have fun!

Chocolate Treasures Gourmet Food Gift Basket

On Valentine’s Day this year it is expected that there will be more than $1,590,000 spent on heart shaped boxes of chocolate. There will likely be more than 36 million boxes of chocolate sold. Giving Chocolate for Valentines Day is ranked only number two on the list of Valentine’s Day gifts…just behind roses.

So how is it that giving chocolate as a Valentine gift became a tradition? It is rather hard to say but commercial candy making developed during the early nineteenth century with the advancement of automation and the discovery of sugar beet juice.

The human craving for sweets can probably be attributed to the first caveman who robbed a bee hive. The famous Shakespearean quote, “Sweets to the sweet” is one that often accompanies boxes of chocolates or other candies given to women by the men who love them on Valentine’s Day.

From Wikipedia.org: In the second half of the twentieth century, the practice of exchanging cards was extended to all manner of gifts in the United States, usually from a man to a woman. Such gifts typically include roses and chocolates. In the 1980s, the industry began to promote Valentine’s Day as an occasion for giving jewelry.

Humans love sweets of all kinds but they especially love chocolate. The rest of the world loves chocolate but Americans REALLY love chocolate. As a matter of fact the very first commercial chocolate factory was built in New England twenty years before the American Independence was declared and the American Revolutionary War was fought.

Americans love chocolate and they will consume more than 3 BILLION pounds of it this year. Chocolate will be the number one selling candy this Valentines Day season.

Coming in second are those little pastel colored hearts that are inscribed with love messages. These little hearts are called “conversation hearts” and have such inscriptions as “Luv U” or “Go Away” printed on them.
